It had to happen eventually. 6 weeks into our new place and we thought perhaps the 10.5 year old dog was over his garbage picking ways. You see, for the past 8 years in our previous place we had a metal lock on the cupboard. Child lock you say? Ya those get chewed off.

LOL. I had to laugh,my chihuahua was sick the other day. The vet asked me if she could have gotten into trash? It just struck me as so funny. The dog is 4 lbs and couldnt reach the trash can if she wanted to.

It is good to see even the most perfect dogs have faults :0) you need a garbage like mine, it hides in the wall and pulls out from the top, my evil cat tries hard but has yet to get his paws around to get it out.
THAT is why we have a trashcan with latches on the side. I can't trust ANY of my dogs with trash cans. The latches work since no one has thumbs!

That's what's nice about corgi's ....too short to counter surf or get the lid off of our kitchen trash can!
