haha the 'notch', i have a really good story ....Jane took a bite out of it ... everyone generally believes me, but the real story is ...he had a puppy wart around 7 months old, and as you can see it got in the way so we had to have it removed as it was always bleeding and got to be the size of a tylenol.
oh my god. gross.
